Delivery Operations
Collapsing a release schedule to one gate, then putting progress on a screen

Product management for the first release of several product screens in a small engineering organization. Not an engineering seat: the output was policy and acceptance criteria, in a shape the engineering team could verify.
The first artifact was a boundary definition rather than a feature definition, with fixed grounds for renegotiation, and the several release gates were collapsed into one so an incoming request was simply in or out.
Issues got three axes, and how far those axes have come is answered by a screen rather than by a person: what lived in an issue tracker, a repository and a pipeline view was gathered into a three-panel internal portal, with a badge on each value saying whether it is current and when it was filled.
