Internal Portal

An internal portal so that answering "where are we right now" does not mean finding a person. Progress lived in the issue tracker, the reference documents in the repository, the deploy state in the pipeline view, and joining the three only ever happened inside one person's head.

Brought together what lived in an issue tracker, a repository, and a pipeline view. It started small with three panels and hand-updated snapshots, and as values moved to live sources the screen was made to say, per value, whether it is live or a snapshot and when it was filled.
