Wording as Risk

In a product where a store issues a token under its own name, the verb on the screen states where the company legally stands. Write that we "approve" something and the wording itself declares us the authority. This work set how far that language gets swept, and how.

Treated on-screen wording as regulatory exposure in a product with financial characteristics. Instead of a blanket replacement the sweep was narrowed to user-facing surfaces, and the same verb was judged differently by position. Places where the company genuinely is the actor were written as out of scope rather than as exceptions.
