Design System in Code
The design tool is no longer the source of truth, and the code moved into packages

The design system that keeps four products speaking one visual language: the color, type and spacing values, the shared components that consume them, and the dark theme.
Moved the standard for a screen out of the design file and into running code. Raw and semantic tokens were split into two layers so screens reference only semantic names, and the failures that used to pass the build silently, such as a missing dark-theme token, were turned into checks.
Then came promotion. The pieces being redrawn once per product were lifted into a shared core, and whether one moves there is decided by its handoff state rather than by agreement. Fixing the counting unit to the URL and pulling the screen list out of the code is what made that judgment possible.
